Review: Swarovski BeCharmed Collection

swarovski becharmed

When I bought my first charm bracelet, I immediately became obsessed with looking for beads/charms to fill my bracelet.

I have been a customer of Artbeads for a number of years and, while casually browsing their site one day, I stumbled upon the Swarovski BeCharmed line of products. The beads are made of genuine Swarovski crystals and Swarovski crystal pearls (crystals dipped in a pearlescent coating), and their cores are made of stainless steel.

The first bead that I bought was the White Opal Briolette which boasts a lovely milky white color. When light hits the bead, its multiple facets emit a subtle sparkle which is very pleasing to the eye, but not too bling-bling. I ended up buying more than one of these because I like them so much and they can match almost everything.

I also have a few of the BeCharmed Fortune beads which are slimmer and closer in size to Trollbeads’ glass beads. I really like wearing the Fortune beads on my Trollbeads bracelet to add extra sparkle to my designs.

Overall, I find these beads to be of decent quality and the prices are very reasonable with the majority of the beads costing less than $10 USD each. If you buy several of them, you can easily create so many different looks to match your outfits.

Right now, this is my favorite combination:
